About 12 minutes to Uptown / downtown Sedona. The home is in close proximity to the popular Red Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Buddha Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Pyramid Mountain, Schuerman Mountain, Baldwin Trail, and Eagles Nest. Mountain bikers can quickly access Pyramid Mountain biking trail and the Oak Creek Homestead OHV trail in only .5 miles from the house. Only about 15 minutes to top wineries in Cornville & Page Springs on the Verde Valley Wine Trail. An easy drive to historic Jerome and Cottonwood. There are local hikes right out the backyard with great views of Thunder Mountain and Cathedral Rock, plus you avoid much of the traffic common in Uptown Sedona.
